SOFTONE cosmoONE received the Gold & Platinum award at the Procurement Excellence Awards 2024, for the digitization project of the procurement department of Sofia International Airport.
The Sofia International Airport e-procurement sub-project received the Gold award at the Procurement Excellence Awards 2024, in the „Best Logistics / Transportation / Fleet Management Procurement Initiative” category, and also the Platinum award due to the highest score in the entire category.
Leveraging its many years of experience, SOFTONE cosmoONE designed and provided a range of specialized e-procurement services and applications to meet the technical, organizational and administrative needs of Sofia Airport. This project is part of the overall digital transformation of the airport’s business operations, through the supply, installation, and operation of a new ERP information system, a project undertaken by the OTE Group.
Specifically, for the management of the airport’s suppliers, SOFTONE cosmoONE proceeded to the implementation of a new private portal (SOFTONE ePORTAL), through which both the airport and its suppliers will be able to access SOFTONE cosmoONE’s Global Suppliers Marketplace and a network of 13,000+ suppliers so that they can be visible and searchable by other organizations.
